The Bedroom
We offer a comprehensive range of attractive and hardwearing fabrics designed to complement and enhance any surroundings.
Your bed linen will be part of our pool linen system. This will enable us to accurately monitor your usage, keeping your costs to the minimum. You can be invoiced weekly or monthly. Charges are based on the actual amount of linen used, with the facility to charge a minimum usage according to the percentage value of the linen installed.
Customers are issued with a self-duplicating customer count book, the top copy is sent with the soiled linen and the other copy remains in the book, as the customers record. These lists are entered into our system on a daily basis, and any increases or decreases recorded at the same time. Linen for large hotels can be monitored on a multi floor basis with controlled deliveries to each floor.
For every customer our system's database records usage week upon week against a linen count record. Damaged stock can also be recorded on the system; Charges will only be made if previously agreed.
The Bathroom
A very important room, where the need to create a favourable first impression is crucial, all towels will be clean and fit for the purpose at each delivery. Zip Textile Services hold an excellent and wide selection of towels, including hand and bath towels, bath sheets and bathrobes.
Towels are operated on a pool stock system alongside the bed linen and bathrobes.
Linen
All linen will be operated from our quality pool stock. At the commencement of each new contract we issue brand new linen, this will then either be room or floor packed dependent on your individual requirements. All linen will be poly wrapped to maintain its quality and cleanliness at all times. With the constant injection of new stock plus new stock delivered to all new accounts, we are able to maintain our pool stock at a very high quality at all times.
